Pam's Blueberry Pie
|¾ cups Sugar||1/8 teaspoon Salt|
|4 cups Blueberries||lemon juice|
|3 tablespoons Flour||butter|
|1½ sticks butter||3-4 tablespoons water|
|2¾ cups flour||a pinch of salt|
|Preheat oven to 400°|
Combine sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl. Toss in blueberries. Line pie plate with pastry; fill with berry mixture. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter. Put on top crust. Flute edges and prick with fork.
Sprinkle top of pie with 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. bake for 40-50 minutes.
